Lucy’s Vietnamese Williamsburg: Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine in Brooklyn, NY

I love Vietnamese food and I eat it very often, and I can say without any doubt, this was by far the best pho I've had in NYC. The broth was dark, extremely flavorful and rich, absolutely delightful. The brisket was to die for, super tender and delicious. I also tried one of their bahami which was also very tasty The place is simple, nothing pretentious and it's meant for a quick bite/lunch, which frankly adds to the charm of it. I loved it, I'm definitely going back and I think everyone who loves pho should go asap.

Lucy's Vietnamese has a solid selection in their menu and I don't think you can go wrong with any of it. I tried both their chicken and brisket pho which are not traditional ingredients for pho, but I have to say I approve of the change!! The brisket was extremely savory, smoky, and tender, but not the fatty, melt-in-your-mouth type of brisket. The chicken is tender, lightly sweet and savory but if you come here don't miss out on the star of the show. I definitely recommend you try the brisket. They also give you a pretty good portion of protein. You can either get the brisket in their pho or vermicelli bowl. The brisket is slightly more flavorful in the vermicelli if you want to try the brisket independently since the flavor isn't washed away in the broth but I do prefer the pho bowl because its a more complete experience with a cohesive blend of flavors. — 11/24/25

My fav spot through it all. So glad it stood past 2020. Supported me through covid, pregnancy cravings and after work rewards the only place i looked foward to sometimes. Soy ginger pho and chicken pho are my fav. Too many photos i have saved

Fantastic authentic Vietnamese spot in Williamsburg, just off Bedford Ave and the L line. Cozy, small place with a diverse menu from Pho to Banh Mi. I had the signature smoked brisket banh mi—DELICIOUS! I'm looking forward to coming back for some Pho with my girlfriend, who loves Asian cuisine. Great job, Don—see you again soon! 10/10

Had their Beef brisket pho and it did not disappoint. Good tender pieces of smoky brisket, combined with their al dente noodles and rich broth. Hit the spot for sure.

I discovered this place a few months ago and since then have been back 4 times. I'm obsessed. Most Vietnamese places don't have vegan options but Lucy's has multiple incredible ones! The tofu and vegan chicken are both great, I've tried them in a bahn mi, pho & summer rolls and all are incredible. My boyfriend loves the brisket. Prices are fair, it's quick service and they have seating in the back. I wish I lived closer so I could come here more often but I try to go every time I'm in Williamsburg!

Second time eating here, this time we ordered take out. I really do enjoy Vietnamese and having a vegan spot nearby is great. The tofu banh mi and tofu pho is delish as the tofu is marinated which makes it so much better! Took away half star (if only there were halves) because each time there has been little herbs and veggies for the pho and the banh mi. Normally you get a handful of herbs, another bunch of jalapeños, a ton of bean sprouts and a couple limes. Unfortunately they give very little which really changes the fullness and flavor. However they do offer hoisin and sriracha whether dine in or take out. The take out bag was really nice, a little too much for take out. Overall, definitely recommend and hope they offer more of the sides that make everything taste good.
